The group's principal activities are to specialize in the consultation, design, implementation and support of voice, data, Internet and wireless applications to small and mid-sized enterprises. The group provides its services over third party networks enabling to offer a comprehensive suite of services without the capital burden of building a communication network. The group services are sold regionally and are limited to the southwestern United States. The group currently has three sales and marketing offices, located in palm desert, California, denver, Colorado and scottsdale, Arizona. On 30-Apr-2004 the group entered into an asset purchase agreement with the site doctors.
